Preparation and Application

1. Glue Preparation:

• Mix 4.5-5.5 liters of clean water per 25 kg of glue.
• Use a mechanical mixer at 400-600 RPM for a smooth, lump-free mixture.
• Let the glue rest for 2-3 minutes, then mix again.
• Use the prepared glue within 3 hours.

2. Panel Installation:

• Apply the glue with a serrated scraper across the panel’s surface.
• Add a bead of glue along the panel edges for enhanced adhesion.
• Press the panel tightly against the substrate, ensuring a flat alignment.

3. Tile Installation:

• Carefully align tiles in a common plane, ensuring seams and joints are free of glue.

4. Concrete Layer Application:

• Apply the concrete layer at least 24 hours after tile installation.
• Use a metal trowel to smooth the surface, maintaining a layer thickness of 3-5 mm.
