Preparation and Application

1. Glue Preparation:

• Mix 6.5-7 liters of water per 25 kg of glue.
• Use a mechanical mixer at 400-600 RPM for a smooth, lump-free mixture.
• Allow the glue to rest for 2-3 minutes, then mix again.
• The prepared glue remains usable for up to 3 hours at 20°C.

2. Tile Application:

• Apply glue to the surface using a serrated scraper.
  • 4 mm scraper: ~2 kg/m².
  • 6 mm scraper: ~3 kg/m².
  • 8 mm scraper: ~5 kg/m².
• Press tiles firmly into the adhesive for proper bonding.
• Do not pre-wet the tiles unless they are dusty, in which case, rinse with clean water.
